hi!!! guess wat??today i leart alot of things during gym lesson!!!!!
i learnt 3 things...one i can do double under now...
ya u might think tat double under is easy 4 you...
but i dont no how to do....

and worst still double under is one part of my routine!!!!
so i need to now how to do it....
it was jiang who make me do it...
she said tat i had to learn double under by today...
haha finally i really did it....

secondly,i already learn the ribbon routine!!!!
it was nat who taught me...haha was damn funny
cos i dont no how to do da pao then nat got piss off..haha
